Watermelon, Mint & Chia Popsicles (raw, vegan, gluten free)

  Ingredients: - 1 small watermelon - 4 tbsp. chia seeds - handful fresh mint   Directions: Place the watermelon, mint & chia seeds into the blender and puree until well blended  Once the mix is well mixed without any remaining watermelon chunks, place the mix into the popsicle containers Place into the freezer until the pops are completely frozen (*any extra mix can be kept as watermelon juice, best served over ice, or made into more pops!) Enjoy!    

 

Ingredients:

DEHydrated Fruit & Nut energy bars (RAW, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE)

Ingredients:

- 3 bananas

- 6 fresh figs

- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 4 tbsp. cup cacao nibs

- 4 tbsp. chia seeds

- 4 tbsp. hemp seeds

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 tsp. cinnamon

- dash of salt

- Additional sweetener like coconut nectar, agave or maple syrup (if desired)

Directions:

Place the peeled bananas & figs in the blender and puree until well blended. 

Insert the rest of the ingredients into the mix and gently mix together with a spoon. 

Once the mix is well mixed, place onto wax paper on your dehydrator sheets. 

Dehydrate at 135 degrees f for 18 - 24 hours or until mix has reached a firm, bar-like texture.

Peel the wax paper off of the bottom and cut bars into desired shape.

Cacao & matcha green tea energy truffles (RAW, VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE)

Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup raw almonds

- 6 fresh dates

- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

- splash of water

- 5 tbsp. cup raw cacao powder

-2 tbsp. Matcha green tea powder

- 4 tbsp. chia seeds

- 1 tsp. raw vanilla bean

- dash of Himalyaan pink sea salt

- Additional sweetener like coconut nectar, agave or maple syrup (if desired)

Directions:

Place the almonds & dates* in the blender and puree until well blended.  (*chef's tip: if your dates are hard, soak them in water for a few minutes before blending!) 

Add the the rest of your ingredients and pulse until the a paste-like texture is formed

Begin to form little 1" size round balls. You can then enrobe them in additional Matcha and cacao powder for an aesthetically irresistable truffle! 

Store them in the fridge good for 1 week or freezer for 1 month.
